l ①Chipping:
This stage processes raw logs, forestry residues (branches, trunks), and sawmill waste (bark, offcuts) into 3-5 cm wood chips, preparing the material for subsequent crushing.
l ② Crushing:
The wood chips are further ground into fine sawdust with a particle size of 3-5 mm, achieving an optimal consistency for pelletizing.
l ③Drying:
Excess moisture is rapidly removed from the sawdust. Using a rotary dryer, the moisture content is reduced to approximately13%-the ideal level for pellet formation.
l ④Pelletizing:
The dried material is fed into the pellet chamber, where it is compressed under high pressure into solid wood pellets, typically with diameters ranging from 6 to 12 mm.
l ⑤Cooling:
Freshly extruded pellets exit at elevated temperatures (85-90°C) and require cooling before packaging. A dedicated pellet cooler lowers the temperature to ambient conditions, stabilizing the pellets for handling and storage.
l ⑥ Packaging:
The cooled pellets are automatically weighed and packed into bags of 5-25 kg, followed by stitching or sealing. This final step ensures convenient storage, transport, and market readiness.
l ⑦Palletizing:
Packed bags are systematically stacked onto pallets to facilitate safe and efficient handing, storage, and logistics.
l ⑧Film wrapping:
Loaded pallets are securely wrapped with stretch film, ensuring stabiity, protection from moisture and contaminants, and readiness for shipment.
