Introduction:
Double shaft mixer machine with 2 shafts blender inside the mixing chamber, with high efficiency and high mixing evenly.
Various liquid can be added through the inside liquid adding pipe. Mixing time per batch is just 30-90 seconds, it is widely used in animal feed industry, fertilizer industry, aquatic product breeding, chemical industry, aquatic product breeding, medicine and so on.

The double shaft feed mixing machine has full length discharging doors, discharge the materials very quickly after mixing.
The output doors both have manual and pneumatic type, generally larger than 1000 Model will install pneumatic type, in this way, no need to operate by manual when discharging materials.

The double shaft feed mixing machine time is short (30-90seconds/batch). Calculating the input and output time, the mixing time is about 10-15minutes per batch (full load working), it can mix 4-6times per hour. The degree of homogeneity is high ( cv is smaller than 5%), the mixing time can be controlled according to feeding materials speed and quantity.
