GHG Drum rotary dryer

Introduction:

GHG industrial rotary dryer is equipped with a heating furnace, feed port, rotating cylinder, conveying pipe, dust collector and discharge port. Wet materials are continuously fed into the drying cylinder by a conveyor. Hot air makes full contact with the materials. As the materials are conveyed and scattered by high-speed hot air, the moisture in the wet materials is evaporated. The materials are fully dried inside the rotating cylinder.GHG dryers are widely used in industries such as biomass fuel, wood pellet fuel, sawdust briquette, agriculture and more. Applicable materials include wood powder, wood shavings, sawdust, wood chips, straw, grass and other similar materials.

The drying body of the industrial rotary dryer is composed of a cylinder, a ring gear and rolling rings. Supported by the front and rear rolling rings, the drying body is placed on the riding wheel device and the thrust wheel device. The axial movement of the drying body can be controlled by adjusting the riding wheel device and the thrust wheel device.The driving device drives the drying body to rotate through the ring gear. With a variable frequency motor as the power source, it can realize stepless speed regulation and meet the requirements of different rotating speeds.

The dryer has two driving forms: left driving and right driving. Distinction method: When viewed from the direction of the inlet, the driving device located on the left side of the drying body is left driving, while the one on the right side of the drying body is right driving.
